These general conditions of sale (hereinafter "General Conditions of Sale") govern the sale of products and services on the website www.tecnoroyal.it (hereinafter "Site") in the version published therein at the time of ordering. These General Conditions of Sale, as well as the terms and conditions relating to payment and delivery methods, constitute an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the Customer and Dela Group di De Laurentis Valerio. The offering of products and services on the website www.tecnoroyal.it is intended exclusively for natural and legal persons, who do not sell them in the exercise of their profession or as part of a commercial activity. The offering of products and services on the website www.tecnoroyal.it is not intended for minors, who may, however, make purchases only with the consent of their parents or legal representatives; in the absence of such consent, all liability that may arise will remain the sole responsibility of the Customer. Dela Group di De Laurentis Valerio invites the Customer to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before making any purchase, to print them, or otherwise keep a copy. By making any purchase according to the methods provided on the Site, the Customer declares having read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Payment, and Delivery.
This contract is governed by Italian law with particular reference to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 and subsequent amendments and Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on electronic commerce).
The contract stipulated between Dela Group di De Laurentis Valerio and the Customer shall be deemed concluded when the entire purchase process by the Customer—in accordance with the purchasing procedure indicated on the Site—has been completed regularly and correctly, with no errors highlighted by the Site, including successful payment. By placing an order with Dela Group di De Laurentis Valerio, the Customer acknowledges and declares that he or she has read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts the general terms and conditions of sale (this must be checked before placing the order).
The Customer may only purchase products listed in the Site's catalog at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant technical data sheets. It will not be possible to place orders for products listed in the Site's catalog but marked as unavailable. In any case, products listed on the Site are offered while stocks last. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Dela Group di De Laurentis Valerio via email, sent to the email address provided by the Customer when placing the order. The confirmation email will include the order number, the date and time the order was placed, the products purchased, their price, shipping costs, the information provided by the Customer for invoicing and delivery, the payment method chosen by the Customer, and a summary of the general terms and conditions of sale. The Customer is required to promptly verify the content of the email and immediately report any errors or omissions.
All product prices listed on the website www.tecnoroyal.it are expressed in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price but are indicated and calculated at the end of the purchase process before payment. The CUSTOMER accepts the right of TecnoRoyal and its PARTNERS (suppliers) to modify their prices at any time; however, the goods will be invoiced based on the prices listed on the website at the time the order is placed and indicated in the confirmation email sent by TecnoRoyal to the CUSTOMER. In the event of a computer, manual, technical, or any other error that could result in a substantial change, unforeseen by TecnoRoyal or its PARTNERS, to the retail price, making it exorbitant or manifestly ridiculous, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled, and the amount paid by the CUSTOMER will be refunded within 14 days of the cancellation date.
CREDIT CARD.
For merchandise purchased using a credit card, upon completion of the online transaction, the credit card company will charge the customer's credit card for the amount of the merchandise ordered, upon completion of the order and issuance of the invoice. At no point during the purchase process will Dela Group di De Laurentis Valerio be able to access the buyer's credit card information, which is transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the credit card company that manages the transaction. Dela Group di De Laurentis Valerio will not store this data in any computer archive. Under no circumstances will Dela Group di De Laurentis Valerio be held liable for any fraudulent or abusive use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on the Site.
ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER.
Payment by advance bank transfer is subject to the limits indicated from time to time in the purchasing procedure that the Customer must follow to place the order. In the event of payment by advance bank transfer, delivery of the ordered items will be suspended until the amount due has been credited to the Dela Group di De Laurentis Valerio bank account. The Customer must provide proof of the bank transfer order by sending a copy to amministrazione@tecnoroyal.it. The crediting of the transferred amount to the Dela Group di De Laurentis Valerio account must occur within seven days of receiving the order confirmation email. After the above deadline has elapsed, the order will be automatically cancelled and will not be processed. The reason for the bank transfer must include the order reference number.
ONLINE PAYMENT ACCORDING TO THE TERMS.
Payment via Klarna is subject to the limits indicated from time to time in the purchase process that the Customer must follow to place the order. Payment approval is subject to Klarna's discretion, and Dela Group di De Laurentis Valerio is not responsible to the Customer for its actions, including the timing of the approval process. After Klarna's final approval of the payment plan, the purchase price installments will be invoiced to the Customer according to the terms and conditions specified in the payment agreement entered into between the Customer and Klarna.
Dela Group di De Laurentis Valerio for all the products on sale accepts only orders with delivery to be made in France. The recipient can choose to purchase the delivery by appointment service to arrange for morning or afternoon delivery (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm). For each order placed on the Site, the Customer must request an invoice, where applicable, when placing the order. The invoice will be issued based on the information provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. No changes can be made after the invoice has been issued. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer, up to the amount indicated in the order receipt notice. The Customer will pay for the goods using the method chosen at the time of ordering. Delivery of the goods requires the presence of the Customer or a designated representative at the recipient's address indicated in the order. The goods will be delivered curbside (by ringing the doorbell). Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the transport document (DDT); that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product, or any discrepancy in the number of packages or the information must be immediately reported by writing a reservation of inspection on the courier's delivery note. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer may no longer raise any objections regarding the external appearance of the goods delivered. Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes unrelated to any commercial or professional activity, or does not indicate a VAT number on the order form), he or she has the right to withdraw from the contract for any reason, without having to provide any explanation and without penalty, except as indicated in the following articles 2, 3, and 4.

The legal guarantee for Consumer Customers covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods, which become apparent within two years of delivery of the goods. The lack of conformity must be reported, under penalty of forfeiture, within two months of the date on which the consumer discovered the defect. In any case, any action against the seller expires twenty-six months after delivery of the goods. Any complaints from the Customer must be submitted by email to the following address: apres-vente@tecnoroyal.fr or by writing to Dela Group di De Laurentis Valerio, Viale Luca Gaurico N.91/93 00143 ROME. Furthermore, any disputes may be managed through the new ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform, an online mediation platform for consumer protection created by the European Commission. Dela Group di De Laurentis Valerio is not responsible for the actions of third parties who, as independent assistants, intervene in the management or execution of payment transactions, delivery of goods, and any other operation related to the execution of contracts concluded through the Site.
The sales contract between the Customer and Dela Group di De Laurentis Valerio is governed by Italian law, excluding the applicability of conflict of laws rules. For civil disputes concerning sales contracts between the Customer and Dela Group di De Laurentis Valerio concluded through the Site, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction falls exclusively to the court of the Customer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy. In all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction falls exclusively to the Court of Rome.
